Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
Eligible Returns: We accept returns only for items that are damaged upon arrival or incorrect orders. If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@stillstandingstore.ca with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damaged item or the incorrect order to expedite the return process.
- Return Authorization: We will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the item.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving the return authorization.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or opened, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
